Not the right fit? No problem. We want you to love every Arklin strap. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and unmounted.
  • In its original packaging with any tags included.
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use or doesn't meet the conditions above.

How to start a return

Email us at Arklinco@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions on where and how to ship it back. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

  • U.S. returns: A flat $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • International returns: We're happy to process international returns, but customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs and any associated duties. We recommend a trackable, insured service — Arklin isn't responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please reach out at Arklinco@gmail.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original order and place a new one for the item you want. If you'd like help with an exchange within the 30-day window, email us at Arklinco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you're returning
  • The item you'd like to receive instead (please be specific about color and size)

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at Arklinco@gmail.com right away with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you. This is separate from a standard return and is not subject to the $5 return fee.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions above.
