Shipping Policy
We want your straps in your hands as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating with the carrier.
United States
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 ship at courier rate, calculated at checkout.
- Standard delivery is typically 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
International
We're glad to ship Arklin straps worldwide, with a few important notes:
- International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. We do not offer free international shipping at this time.
- Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days, though transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
- The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping charge. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
- Orders refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties will be refunded for the product value only, less original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.
A note on delivery times
Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is in the carrier's hands. We can't control delays caused by weather, customs, postal backlogs, or other circumstances outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 7 business days (domestic) or 30 days (international), contact us at arklinco@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
