Warranty Policy

Every Arklin strap is built by hand to last. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of delivery.

What's covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use — for example, faulty stitching, hardware failure, or premature material breakdown not caused by wear and tear.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, patina, fading, and natural aging of materials.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, exposure to harsh chemicals, or alterations.
  • Straps purchased through unauthorized resellers.

How to make a claim

Email us at arklinco@gmail.com with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. We'll review your claim within 3–5 business days. If your strap is found to be defective, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. If the same item is unavailable, we'll offer a comparable replacement or a refund.

For approved domestic claims, we cover replacement shipping. For international warranty claims, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to us; we'll cover the cost of sending the replacement.
